What counts as a "location"?
A location is a named field with a GPS pin that the monitoring engine watches. Sub-fields of the same complex can share a pin and count as one location. Archived locations do not count toward your plan.
Are coaches and staff unlimited?
Yes. Members (coaches, staff, admins) are unlimited on every plan. Only active field locations count toward the plan cap.
Is SMS included in the price?
Email and push notifications are included. SMS is opt-in per member and charged at cost. For most clubs the additional SMS cost is under $5/month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's field cap, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days we'll ask you to add a payment method to continue. No card is charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime.
